This website is operated by Mum Design Gifts (“we”, “us”, “our”), a brand of Meryem Home LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

Products & Personalization

Our products are handmade and made to order. Because items are handmade and due to monitor differences, slight variations in color, size, or detail may occur; the customer accepts these natural variations. More than 90% of our products are personalized and are considered FINAL SALE. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or stock issues.

Chargebacks

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to submit supporting evidence (including tracking and proof of delivery) to the relevant financial institution.

International Orders

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where available, meaning import duties and taxes are prepaid by us; where DDP is not available, local customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software) is the property of Meryem Home LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Customer-supplied content: When you provide names, images, designs, or other content for personalization, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use that content. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from content you supply.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for children but should be used under adult supervision. The customer is responsible for ensuring products meet their local safety standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meryem Home LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, carrier strikes, or supply-chain disruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
