All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Türkiye via trusted carriers (UPS / USPS), with tracking on every order.
Processing Time
Because our items are made to order and personalized, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods this may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
- United States: Standard 7–10 business days · Express 2–5 business days
- Europe: Economy 5–8 business days · Express 1–4 business days
- Gulf, Asia & Other International: 3–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

Need your costume by a specific date — a birthday, Halloween, or a special event? Add your event date at checkout or message us, and we’ll prioritize your order to help it arrive in time.
Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Every order ships with a tracking number, which you’ll receive by email once your order is on its way.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) wherever available, which means applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by us — your order clears customs smoothly with no surprise fees on delivery.
For the small number of destinations where DDP is not available, any local customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@mumdesigngifts.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Packages returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
